Eric

Hi, I'm Eric.

Brand design by day. Software at night.

A bit of background

I run a one-person design practice in Taiwan under the name EAJY CAZE. Mostly brand design and consulting, with furniture and product design along the way.

About a year ago I started learning to code, because I kept wishing for software tools that didn't exist for my own daily work. HappyPartners is the first result.

Why this product

I noticed I kept asking the same question to several AIs in parallel — not to find "the best one," but because they often gave genuinely different angles. Comparing those perspectives helped me land on better decisions.

At the start, the motivation was simple — I just wanted to rescue myself.

I was sick of that numbing, repetitive flow: paste the same prompt into tab A, then B, then C; wait for each reply; switch back one by one to skim, cherry-pick, copy, and ferry text to the next AI to continue the discussion. One day it hit me how absurd this was — I was spending more time shuttling text than actually thinking. I just wanted an app to take over the manual labor and give me back the thinking time.

But once that most annoying shuttling part was automated, the designer in me couldn't help thinking further: what if these AIs weren't isolated islands across four tabs, but actually a team in the same chat room? What if they could pick up each other's answers, push back, and build on each other's views?

That thought became the starting point for everything that followed:

And so HappyPartners slowly grew from a "little time-saver" into a workspace I actually want to open every day. For me, the biggest change isn't how much faster it is — it's that my workflow finally shifted from "me stuck in the middle shuttling text" to "me watching them respond to and push each other forward."

I've been using HappyPartners myself for a few months now. I can't go back to opening single AI tabs anymore.
